- This data is used solely to operate and improve the Christmas tree messaging service.
1.2 Tree Creation and Messaging System
- Users can create personalized Christmas trees with unique names and share codes.
- Tree data includes tree names, selected decorations, and message counts, stored securely in Firebase.
- Messages sent to trees are stored with sender information (optional anonymity), gift selections, and content.
- All tree and message data is encrypted and stored securely on Firebase servers.
- Users can delete their trees and associated messages at any time through the app settings.
1.3 Social Sharing Features
- The app allows users to share their Christmas trees on social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp).
- Shared content includes tree images and shareable links that direct to the tree messaging system.
- Social media sharing is handled through native platform APIs and does not require additional data collection.
- Users control what they share and can revoke sharing permissions through device settings.
1.4 Leaderboard and Community Features
- The app includes a leaderboard system showing top trees by message count.
- Leaderboard data is anonymized and shows only tree names and message counts.
- No personal information is displayed on leaderboards.
- Users can opt out of leaderboard participation through app settings.
1.5 Data Storage and Security
- User account data and Christmas tree information is securely stored on Firebase backend servers.
- All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS with end-to-end security.
- Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Christmas messaging service.
- Users can request complete data deletion through the app or by contacting support.
1.6 Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers to operate and improve our service. All third-party services are carefully selected and comply with data protection standards.
1.7 Children's Privacy
- The app is available for all age groups; however, parental supervision is recommended for users under 17.
- We do not collect any personal information at all.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
- If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us immediately.
1.8 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data (subject to technical limitations)

2. Refund & Purchase Policy
2.1 Credit System
The app uses a credit-based system for premium Christmas tree features including:
- Creating additional Christmas trees beyond the free limit
- Accessing premium gift decorations and special tree themes
- Sending premium messages with special effects
- Extended message storage and advanced sharing features
2.2 Refund Policy
- Used credits for premium features are non-refundable.
- If credits are not delivered due to a technical error, please contact support within 48 hours.
- Subscription refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.
- Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse or suspicious activity.
2.3 Managing Purchases
- Always check your current credit balance before making a purchase.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed via Apple/Google Play.
- You can cancel subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.
